The Fosterville Gold Mine Community Grants Program is thrilled to have contributed toward the upgrade of Eppalock Primary Schools Playground. The school was looking to upgrade and replace some aging parts of the playground to create a new and exciting space for the children to play in.
Some elements of the playground were replaced and repaired providing the children with a new slide, Burmese bridge and flying fox. The upgrades are almost complete, and we can’t wait to see the students having fun using them.
Agnico Eagle Fosterville acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the land we live and work on, the Dja Dja Wurrung and the Taungurung Peoples of the Kulin Nation, and recognises their continuing connection to the land and waterways. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present and extend this to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People.
