Summer in the Parks 2023-2024 kicks off!
As the sun shines brighter and the days grow longer, it’s once again time for Bendigo’s Summer in the Parks program which runs from December to February.
The program is supported by the City of Greater Bendigo, Fosterville Gold Mine, and local community groups, bringing an array of events and activities to all parts of our vibrant region. This year is no exception, with a calendar chock-full of fun set to make it the ultimate Summer!
Kickstarting the season in style is the much-awaited Christmas Tree Lighting event on Friday, 1 December. This free event is the perfect way to bring in the festive season with family and friends while enjoying live entertainment, food stalls, and much more. Get there early to secure a good spot and see the tree come to life.
But wait, the fun doesn't stop here. The Summer in the Parks program has so much more in store! From live music to outdoor cinema nights, there's something for everyone.
