This year marks Fosterville Gold Mine’s 4th year as the main sponsor of the Bendigo Easter Festival and it was epic! Hats off to the tireless City of Greater Bendigo events team, the Bendigo Chinese Association and the many other businesses and service providers who go all out to make the festival a huge success each year!
Even the rain during the Torchlight Procession on Saturday night couldn’t dampen spirits, with thousands lining Bendigo’s streets, smiling and waving as the procession went by, led by our 43 tonne ejector truck, flanked by the gold mirror bunnies as well as our staff and their families.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who visited us at our stand and stopped for a chat and a spot of gold panning. We enjoyed sharing more about our operation and why we do what we do.
Thanks as well, to all our staff who turned up each day to help out and make sure everything went to plan … we couldn’t have done it without you.
